Purchased gun, was almost the 30 day dros waiting period and I hadnt heard ANYTHING from them so I decide to call, phone was never answered, they finally answered lady picked up saying she would cal em back NEVER called back, waited another week, called again they said my gun was there the whole time and I have to start the 1 day dros period OVER again?? Please open up and stop making people wait out its getting out of hand I remember the first week I went it was great now you have to wait 1 plus hours just too look at a gun

The worst service, I went to buy ammunition. It took 45 minutes to buy 6 boxes. The older salesman was easily distracted and took too long to validate background procedures. Each time he started to enter my info he would begin a conversation with a fellow coworker. At time of payment, he abruptly left to restroom for 10 minutes. I can understand the background process, but thus person was completely lost every step of the way. I will not be going back, I would rather drive from Nipomo to Range Masters in SLO.
