Went to multiple gun stores and since the quarantine k&w has had the most variety Ive seen so far. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, where in other stores the clerks were very dry and monotone as if they really didnt want us in their store. I was happy with the customer service and my purchase, and because I had such a great experience each time Ive gone in there, I look to purchase my future guns from here as well.

It's 50/50 going in there my first buy from there very pleasant experience, second buy was like pulling teeth to see or buy anything and wasn't very inviting. I felt more like the customer service rep than the customer. Will be my last purchase from there.

The white female that works there is rude. I get that the quarantine has everybody tense but that's not way to conduct yourself at work. I went in to buy a thousand dollar rifle and left without hesitation due to her nasty attitude. I would rather pay more somewhere else with good customer service.

This shop is by far the best in knowledge friendliness and inventory. As a gun enthusiast i have been to many shops iv bought from bass pro shops in Rocklin From a Shop in Sacramento and another 2 from another stockton shops and can say i wish i bought all my inventory from K&w great spot friendly staff and great prices most gun shop stigma is the workers act high and mighty thinking their better then everyone but you walk in here and the staff is great and process is in & out
