Purchased a weapon through them, had to wait longer than was originally told to pick up the weapon. I don't blame them for that. I do blame them for not reaching out saying pick up would be delayed. But when they told me to call back the next day to check status. There was no answer, left voicemail and called multiple times through out the day. They never answer their phone! I don't believe the customer should have to reach out multiple times to feel included on status of their weapon.

Due to long line at the store Ive been calling them several times this past few days bcoz they are trying to limit the people inside the store, but they NEVER answer the phone. People want to inquire first before they go there and wait at the long line so they wont waste time. ANSWER THE PHONE!

Never will I go back to that place!, gentlemen helping me basically lied to me ! He told everytime I buy ammo there I would have to pay 29.00 because I hadn't bought a gun in the pass 5 years. I told no it's a one time fee and the next time its 1.00 , He told me no and I said thank you and walked out. I have family who are officers and they said he was wrong!
