Sportsmans Warehouse has the most trash customer service, I was there today 06/30/2020 and waited for well over 2 hours for the Sales Associates to give me the run around, most of the sales team had little to no knowledge about weapons. Sportsmans Warehouse sales team can read the brochure to you, they have no people skills. One of the sales associate had antagonized a customer in a really rude way talking about his kid which we all know doesnt end well.Good job Sportsmans Warehouse on losing a loyal customer.

Gun counter employees have no idea what theyre talking about. Had to have a manager Educate his employees on their own policy. Then they were rude AF because the manager told them they were wrong. I will never come back to this place. Worse firearm experience Ive ever had. Take your business down the road to Turners in Tulare.
