Tried to return a bag of dog food they recommended, my dogs wouldn't eat it! Because they couldn't get refunded on an open bad that refused to give us back out money. You call that costumer service. I think not. Won't shop there anymore

Great selection of things we need and use. We came in for one thing and ended up buying several other things! Big R has a great selection of products, clothing, boots, shoes, firearms and animal feeds and products. Our cashier was a just wonderful happy and super helpful blond woman. She recommended the bacon covered with chocolate and jalapeno for a snack. It was delicious. Wish we bought some more. They usually have the grain we use. If not they are able to order for us!

The Canon city store manager needs to respect their staff more. He has bad management skills and no communication. Very little staff respect.
