Kodiak Firearms

I had an overall positive/decent experience at Kodiak Firearms and recommend you at least check out what they have to offer. I traded in my XDS 3.3 for a P365 on the 11 April 2019. My new P365 firearm arrived on 16 April 2019 and I was notified around 1100HRS by a voicemail to my cellphone.The trade in price wasnt the best in my opinion - it definitely couldve been better considering the staff complimented me on how well kept my weapon was asking me if I ever shot it... Pretty much saying it looks brand new. Also the fact I was trading in 6 magazines, 2 Holsters, Multiple magazine & grip extensions and everything originally included with the case. My advice next time - dont bring your accessories, privately sell them so you actually get something for them. Unfortunately Kodiak Firearms didnt have the P365 in stock they said they cant keep them on the shelf so when I arrived to pick mine up, I thought it was very odd they didnt purchase another or anymore to keep in stock, since it was a hassle to have to give them my firearm and then wait for 5 days to get my new one. Kodiak did give me the Blue Line Discount Price on firearm at $517 for my Military Discount/Service but come to find out Bass Pro has been running a sale on the P365 for 499.99 for awhile now. I also knew I would want at least one 12 rds magazine so I purchased 1 of the 2 Kodiak Firearms had in stock. They charge 49.99 and didnt offer me a Military Discount so one magazine ended up being $55.00 - which isnt bad BUTTTTTT you can get the same magazine at Sportsman Warehouse for $46.99 and theyll gladly give you a Military Discount making them about $45 OTD.

They were a joke that's why they did not last.

EDIT: DO NOT COME HERE! THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS!NO WARNING. NO SIGNS. ZERO INFORMATION.-This shop is definitely worth the trip. They have a pretty decent selection of firearms. They also have a bunch of aftermarket Glock parts; barrels, slides, parts kits, triggers etc. Staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. Very neat and organized. They also do gunsmithing and custom work. I highly recommend this shop.

Went there this morning (12/07/2019). Saw big sign within the window 'For Lease'. Looks like they are out of business.

So I called them about 2-3 weeks ago asking if they could accept an FFL transfer for me which they said they could. Got notified by the tracking system that my firearm was rejected and returned to sender by them so I called and was told that they quit accepting FFL transfers a month ago even though they told me and my gunsmith differently. All I got was a Sorry and they hung up on me. Some kind of customer service there, and not the good kind. Avoid at all costs
