This is where our entire family has gone to buy and train. For the most part it has been good. There was a woman who was rude to our oldest when she went to buy her first gun. I am sure she assumed she was too young but we can't always judge a book by the cover. Hopefully they will work on treating everyone with respect and not judgement. This is a third generation customer and she deserves the same respect we have received over the years.

I absolutely love this place. I have never had a bad experience. Even with the increase of product sold they always seem to have what you need. The customer service is amazing as well. All employees are incredibly helpful and will hook you up with exactly what you need. I have bought two guns now from BRAD and he is totally awesome and so helpful. Regardless of your level of experience they are willing to help. I will recommend this range to everyone I meet :)

Normally have a good experience here, but you guys need to change your hours online. Super inconvenient to show up two hours early.

Purchased a NEW Ruger PC Charger and it did not come with a magazine. I called the store and the lady told me the reason for this is because it came with a high capacity magazine and they had to take it out because in Colorado, it is illegal to sell high capacity magazines. I asked if they could send me a 10 round magazine since the gun did not come with a magazine and she said that they could not do that. Told me to call Ruger to see if they would do anything about this problem.VERY POOR customer service!
