Special ordered a firearm on there website, the entire process was excellent. I received a phone call explaining the process of the online order and another call once it arrived at the shop. Worked with Steve and another associate (didnt catch his name) upon pickup. Both were super helpful and easy to have a conversation with. Will definitely be giving them my business and recommending them to others!

Was hoping Matt was still around. I had an item transferred to his shop a year ago. He was awesome with customer service and was nice to talk to when I went to the shop or called to give him info, I was looking for and or when I called to check to see if my items had arrived. Now you call and get a guy on the phone who seems annoyed and angry. Gonna be getting all my suppressors and firearms sent to Denver now.
