Unfortunately I cant give this place less than one star. It depends on the day wether you get good service or not from the main shop. But my biggest complaint is the gunsmith. He had one of my rifles for more than a year. He had it blued and put the barrel onto the gun and it took a year? Terrible terrible service. Also he over charged me on everything that I didn't ask him to do, He was going to mark the guns caliber on the side for Lord knows how much more if I hadn't intervened. I recommend going to see Ben at Liberty, Ben is much better at his job than the Rocky Mountain shooter supply Simp. never give this gunsmith the chance to even touch your gun.

If it were possible I would give this place less than one star. I went to purchase a gun that I had previously talked to the owner of the firearm about. He told me that it was mine if I made it to the store before someone else went in to purchase the firearm, since it was on first come first serve basis. Once I got to the store they refused to sell me the firearm because an employee of the store was holding it for a friend and wouldnt honor the first come first serve. I will never return to this place and will not be referring ANYONE here either!

I purchased north of $7000 worth of items from here and unfortunately had all my ammo destroyed in a flood. Called back to get replacement values and call was cut short because the guy had a customer waiting for him. I shouldnt have to start my call with how much Ive spent with them...all customers should get quality service. Now Ive got to decide where to use the insurance money.Lacking in customer experience and service.

They have a good selection, and very reasonable rates on the firing range. The staff members are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
