Transwest Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Horrible customer service. Three months and a canceled check and they STULL REFUSE TO GET BACK TO ME AND FIX MY CAR THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO! Even had another shop look at it and they even said transwest never did what they told me they or what I paid $1400 for. WILL be filing small claims next week

Best RAM service in the state!!!A buddy turned me onto this Limon service/dealership. Spoke with the service manager, Chris. Simply put the guy is awesome. I had some recalls on my 2015 and a transmission code that disabled my truck temporarily. Chris and his crew took care of it and my truck was ready the same day. ALL COVERED UNDER WARRANTY! I bought this 2015, 2500, from a Colorado Springs Dealership. was a HORRID experience and I will NEVER go back to either of the two Ram dealers in the Springs. As a matter of fact Colorado Springs Dodge and Perkins should take a trip out to Limon to learn how to take care of people the right way. I have NO IDEA how the sales Dept is at Transwest but I PROMISE I will buy my next truck from them, even if its not the best deal. Chris, thank you! You have earned my future business and referrals!Even if they are not close to where you live call the service Dept and ask for Chris and see what he can do for you. The guy is the bomb!Ray

I cant even begin to say enough good things about this place and the people there. We were driving through from Northern Colorado on our way to KS for a camping trip and our truck started to act funny. We stopped in hopes of getting it looked at but the service dept was closed. We met Jerry who couldnt have been nicer to us and our children and let us camp overnight and informed the service dept we were there and needed to be seen first thing in the morning. Chris met us first thing (service manager) and took care of us immediately. They got us taken care of and back on the road. Even gave us cell phone numbers In case something happened the rest of the way. They were kind, caring, honest and efficient from the beginning to the end. When we are ready to buy our next truck we will without a doubt, drive the 2.5 hours and buy from them. Best dealership and service we have ever encountered. Thank you all but especially Jerry and Chris!
