Tumbeling Tumbelweed
not only does nobody answer the phone the service from the manager is so horrible that if it were not for the back office the gentleman was a decent guy and connected me back to the department where they couldn't answer the phone again. So waiting on silent for more than 5 minutes I couldn't even tell if i was still on the call or i was just in limbo. I honestly believe that the center in Sterling Colorado is so badly ran that their own employees can figure out the phone system.
