This is a review of the service department only. I had an appointment on 2 August 2019 for a oil change, tire rotation and for a safety recall. They were quick to do the service, probably to quick. The next day while washing the truck I noticed the tires were never rotated. I had more wear on the front tires than the back so this is how I knew they never did the rotation. I won't be back again but I plan to call the service manager and file a complaint. Just bad service.

Horrible place to buy a car or truck Car salesman Michael was very rude and disrespectful and just not up front about anything he scammed us into buying a vehicle and then told us he was going to give us $1500 because we bought new tires for the truck that we had that we trade it in and we only got 750 and they kept telling us O it's in the mail it's in the mail it's not in the mail I would not recommend buying any vehicle from this place horrible place and I hope this place goes out of business

Dont go here if you need service or expect the service department to keep your appointment. We were on vacation and had a loud grinding noise on our 2018 Ford F-150 truck, 23,000 miles. We stopped here and they looked at it but couldnt figure it out so they scheduled a appointment for the next day at 1:00. We looked up the symptoms online and its a easy fix; common to our vehicle. When we went for the appointment time we were told the owner had called and said they shouldnt have scheduled us in cuz theyre busy. We were told it would be 12 days before they could get us in. Total BS! They kept telling us how we could just buy a new truck from them. How they needed sales so theyd make us a good deal. That sounds suspicious eh.

Horrible place to buy car from ! Drove 2 hours to look at a used car for 12k had one on the seats and barley had ac ...the salesman gave good service but the upper management was horrible . Rude and really felt racial profiled . Never coming here again
