Hoffman’s Guns for the Good Guys

I'd rather pay more and drive further. The service here is subpar at best. I seldom leave negative reviews - I operate two businesses myself so I know there are always internal struggles that the average customer does not typically see.However, Hoffman's is not welcoming to their customers, nor customer service focused and the employees are definite tactical wannabe's. Hoffman's should have one person roaming around asking customers if they need assistance and also have a more obvious express checkout. The online inventory is always pathetically wrong, they advertise product that is knowingly out of stock and has no back-order.They operate in a very demand-oriented way, quite like the DMV does.'You need us, we don't need you.' is probably their mission statement.The owner/management should really look into fixing and overhauling this business... before a newer & more professional FFL comes to town ;)

These guys are shady, I bought a new Canik TP 9 SF Elite online . I was emailed that my gun was in, when I went to the store to pick it up after waiting over an hour the sales rep Tony couldn't find my gun. I saw him check a few places. He didn't mention anything to me, I saw him then take the demo gun from the case to the back and come back with it in the box and sold it to me as a 'brand new' gun. I should have called him out for it right there, I didn't , I drove almost two hours to get there. What he should had done was told me they sold my gun and all that has was the demo gun and at least offered me a few boxes of ammo so show good faith. Nope not these clowns. I can tell you they just lost me as a customer and hopefully anyone reading this. Just sad customer service....plenty of other gun buying choices around. Sort by negative reviews and see what a wonderful place this is.

Great service with a large selection of firearms, ammo, holsters and bags. Salesmen was very professional and knowledgeable. Will be back again for future needs.

Waited over an hour to make a very simple purchase of 2 1911 magazines, guy at the counter was the range officer and he just completely ignored me for an hour while letting people walk in after the fact with much more lengthy concerns and addressing them first. Also a very clear chip on his shoulder like he's a wannabe cop and can't get enough of the taste of boot polish, guy definitely votes for gun control and then complains about it to the boomers in store.

Always a pleasure to deal with the folks here. Very knowledgeable staff and competitive prices.
