Terrible customer service excuse for cosmetics and function was well how much did you pay for it well what do you want for that kind of money. how about buyer beware you get poor quality and non disclosure of the fact that the Stefano FaustI sxs shotguns they sold where a parts or barrel gun which means non cataloged firearm put together with left over pieces from various other buildnon matching wood etc.

Bad customer service. I sent my muzzleloader in for some warranty work, they refused to honor the warranty but still did some work to the gun, they ended up putting a hug tool mark/gouge down the side of the barrel and are refusing to own up to their mistake. They said and I quote we are done! We will not be doing anything about the gouge

Very unsatisfied with the customer services and they do not guarantee their products.I bought a flint gun kit for my fianc for Christmas. When he was trying to put it together the two holes in the end cap of the barrel were threaded crooked and we have been unable to put this gun together.We called to ask for a replacement part and we were refused a replacement part. When we got aggravated with the employee on the phone they said we had to ship it back to them.
