Do not use Starquest as an FFL for your online purchase. You will not be a priority. Was directly told that their priority is in-store purchases and not those over the internet. Called Miller's Gun Center and they were immediately all over my request. I can assure you when I pick up my weapon at Miller's, I will spend couple hundred dollars on 'in store' purchases there!
