This place is unbelievable. I purchased a product from the website and needed to return it. The local store where it was delivered to told me to call them two days ago if I had not heard anything. Ive called them 5x now and cant get through no matter what extension I use. The last time I called they took the phones off the hook. If you plan on purchasing a firearm I would recommended a small arms store rather then this place they just want to make sales and dont care about the customer

From purchase to pickup of my new pistol I had an excellent experience with Shoot Straight. As a first timer I felt confident in my purchase due to the expert knowledge of the staff, and taking the time to show me many options and not be rushed on my decision, even though there was a store filled with other customers. Pickup was incident free, and the extra time to make sure all processes were done correctly was much appreciated. Thank you Shoot Straight!

Exceptional customer service 110% on the time. So glad the location is available as otherwise I'd have to drive quite a ways to enjoy a quality experience. Prices are better than other shoot straight locations as well...from my experience. Keep up the great work guys!!

I've only been here a few times. Staff was always helpful and friendly. It always seems extremely busy though. Maybe if they expanded the hours a little it would help with the congestion. I will certainly be back and continue to give you updates as necessary. Have fun and be safe....
