I purchased a firearm at the most recent gun show in Tallahassee from the Impact Firearms guys. At the time of purchase I believed I was buying the 14 round magazine but once I picked up the gun from a local pawn shop, I found the 10 round capacity. I called the guys at Impact Firearms and without hesitation they shipped me over a 14 round mag. I received it in the mail several days later. As a first time gun buyer I was overly impressed with the customer service I received and will be returning for future purchases. Thanks guys!

I bought an AR lower from this company at the Tallahassee gun show from a women working there booth. She was unsure of how to fill out the paper work for a lower so she consult with a man working at the booth. After going over the paper work they listed the lower as a rifle instead of a frame. The woman at the booth made a big deal about not wanting to change the paperwork to make it correct. If they didn't already have my money I would have walked away. WHEN YOU SELL THE SAME PRODUCT AS EVERYONE ELSE FOR THE SAME PRICE ALL YOU HAVE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE
