dropped off a vepr fm ak47 11 and was told by David he can remove the front sight gas block combo and put stock gas block and front sight post on after waiting patiently. I go pick ot up and the front sight post is canted horribly i didnt even have to put a level on it to see it, it also looks like he put my rifle in a vise block, the side rail looks chewed up from a sight block, the rivets looked disformed and they didnt even put the detent spring back in the front sight post, I noticed all this after getting home I was told to drop it off and they can fix it, waiting over a month with no communication I had to call them to be told to come in the shop to talk about the rifle. I get there and the problems are worst more scratches on the receiver from vise block more rivets disformed and the detent spring is stuck in the sight post not moving like it should. The shop informed me they could do it and David was the Ak man, but didnt dp what was asked, they still charged me for a improper service after saying 'yea but we installed the parts you wanted' and i responded but its not done properly and the rifle has more problems with it now then dropping it off. I thought it would be good to support a local shop and trust them but definitely got screwed on the deal and would not recommend their 'GuNsMiTh SeRvIcE', their business, or customer transfers. I got a BCM lower transferred to them and they couldnt get their network to work properly while doing a 4473, and NICS back ground check. worst shop in central florida and still got the dog poop end of the deal with a messed up rifle thats no longer imported from russia. Don't Trust them, help save another customer from getting screwed over by them.

The gentlemen behind the counter have great attitudes and are more than willing to help, they have great knowledge on there products and have the answers you seek.. You cant go wrong here.
