The staff is great and willing to help anyone. The indoor range is convenient vs driving the extra miles to an outdoor range. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was crowded but they had ample staff available so there was no wait. Our guy took the time to familiarize my son (first time shooter) with a semi automatic including how to clear malfunctions. Wish I had thought to get his name but forgot. Pricing was fair, in fact, cheaper than another range we visited. The only negative is that its a long drive. Wish they were closer but overall it was a great experience. Well definitely be going back.

Eric was very helpful in showing me the in's and out's of 2 new pistols I brought in to fire. He even oiled them and helped me with my grip. Great staff, great place to improve your skills, range cost is cheapest around.****UPDATE: After looking around at different shops in Santa Rosa andEscambia county, I ended up back here to purchase my new Glock 19 gen 5 fs 9mm. They had everyone beat plus a month of free range time.

I give three out of five stars because this range has one really bad thing... the sound proofing/noise reduction in the shooting ranges is the worst I have ever seen. Normally wearing double ear protection is not necessary, but for this range it is vital. Im not exaggerating when I tell you even with ear protection on it felt like I wasnt wearing any. Believe me I have been to shooting ranges in other parts of the world and I have never seen anything quite like this. I get it guns are loud, but all the ranges I have ever been to had much better sound proofing/noise reduction than this place. Dont let my review stop you from going, the staff are very friendly and polite. If this range could fix this problem I would go back.
