Came in today, hunting 9mm ammunition. Was out, but they were waiting on the truck. No problem. We waited until the truck came, called, and the employee said it would be 15-20 minutes? Its not in their system yet. We waited 20 and then showed up, figuring that would be fine and if they ran late we would just wait. No problem. We are asked if they can help us when we come back in the store to browse, and we tell them were there for the ammo we just called about. A second man tells us itll be a few -hours-, and they close at 6, were welcome to wait but.... itll be a few hours. We got a few excuses and that was cool. Is what it is. Being wrong is annoying, but if they were we would just leave and try To hit the range another day. Meanwhile. The Woman at the register asks for 9mm ammunition, same as us, clear as day. The guy GOES AND GETS IT from the back, from the truck that will take a few hours to get to. The same one they said wasnt checked in. Talk about magic! The most insulting store experience Ive had in years. We drove here from over 40 miles away and were treated like this? Do NOT grace these ungrateful, deceitful people with your business guys. Theres other places much more deserving and honest. If they would BS us over 40$ worth of ammo, what are they doing to the poor people buying guns from them? I shudder to think.
