I wish there was a 0 start option, the worst experience ever. IRV is super rude and makes paying clients feel as if hes doing them a favor. I paid him $176 since October 2018 to get my license renewed, tried calling and email still nothing, until today 7/15/2019 he emails me saying whats my problem for me to call the state. Im a disabled army veteran so my renewal should have been a 1 2 quick process. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone and specifically not anyone from the arms forces. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, they dont answer your phone call, all he does is collect the money and leave you out to dry.

Family owned business, for many many years. Owner is very knowledgeable, decent and honest. Responding to poor reviews: Don't expect instant friendliness in ANY gun shop due to the nature of the business and safety. Trust takes time in this field. Irving is a no-nonsense person and will get you what you need -honestly and ethically.
