I called in almost by their closing time and they answered after one ring which lately its been a mission to get in contact with a store. I asked them how much they charged for removing the sights (the two stores I called cost $20 to remove simple sights from my g19 slide that takes 2 min) Sean offered to do it for me and it was fast quick and wonderful... he gave me advice on my Glock 19 that I plan on taking. All in all this was an amazing visit! Will definitely be back!

Good selection, friendly, but above all, knowledge staff. The place is located in a corner, not easy to see it from the street, but once you enter the mall it's all the way in the back towards the right.

Walked into the empty store and inquired about a firearm, the whole time the owner never looked me directly and half-answered my questions while scrolling through his computer. This went on for about 10 minutes until given the lack of respect I decided to walk out. Very sad because I would have bought the firearm I wanted there if not for that disappointing customer service. If you want to be disrespected this is the place for you.
