Called the shop after speaking to my bows manufacturer about upgrading my bow limbs. Guy that answered had a bad attitude like I was wasting his time. Asked the guy about upgrading my limbs and he told me it would be cheaper to buy a new bow at $1600+. Keep in mind I spoke to Hoyt and they told me no problem and new limbs were $200. I just laughed and hung up. Guys at southern oaks do not want your business; go somewhere else.

I brought my bow in here after taking it to bass pro, the bass pro shop employee made the problem worse and caused an arrow to break. Southern Oaks Gun and Pawn offered great customer service and tuned my bow perfectly. I highly recommend coming here if you have any issues, the employee clearly knew what he was doing.
