Wouldn't refund my $ or trade the magazine I bought from THEM a couple of weeks ago. It was the wrong mag for my pistol. Had my pistol with me when I bought the mag. Didn't have the box/pkg it came in or receipt. They have my credit card history but refused to do anything about selling the wrong mag. I never used it because it won't work in my pistol.

My entire family has been going to Shoot Straight for years and it would be impossible to say enough good things about the Shoot Straight in Sarasota. Mike, Cole, Josiah and everyone else who works there are the absolute best in the area. Shoot Straight is one of the few places who have remained more than fair on their prices throughout 2020; they never charged above original MSRP. Even though their costs have risen substantially this past year, they have kept prices low by sacrificing profit margins to service the community. Thank you.
