Red Hills Arms

The staff at Red hills are super friendly and very knowledgeable. I have been in the store a few times and they have always taken care of me right away. I went to Kevin's a month ago to see what ARs they had in stock. I stood at the counter for about 15 minutes and nobody asked me if I needed help. I ended up ordering an AR online and unfortunately Kevin's is the store they do business with in Tallahassee. After waiting for over 2 weeks for my order to ship, I finally contacted the manufacturer and they told me they emailed Kevin's to send them an updated copy of their FFL since the copy they have on file was expired. They never heard back from Kevin's. I contacted Red Hills and ask if they will do the transfer and they said they would. I submitted a transfer request and they processed it right away. It took Red Hills less than an hour to do what Kevin's failed to do for over 2 weeks. From now on, I will only do business with Red Hills. They know how to take care of customers.
