I am very unimpressed with this placeI made an appointment one week in advance I was 10 minutes late I was greeted by not so friendly Couple at the door, I mentioned I had a 1 on 1 with Mike I was told very quickly by the girl at the computer it's canceled because I was 10min late... I'm unfamiliar with the area and was not sure where to go I parked on the opposite side of the building,where my gps took me then walked to other side of the building to be turned away. She asked if I'd like to reschedule,and I replied No Thanks.. I'm a business owner and for me to get time to do this is very difficult for me so I will not be returning to this place. They are not the only option and with the type of response I walked in to i feel that was 100% wrong. Nice work you lost someone that would have been a loyal customer.
