So I just walked in to Big Woods to inquire about a trigger for my AR. I walk in, say good morning to 2 people behind the counter. Both look up, look at me, say nothing and go about their business. Wow. The next guy that took me to see if they had what I needed was awesome. But with that said, I dont think there will ever be a reason for me to come back to this store. And thats saying a lot. Customer service is important. My money is important to me and it should be important enough for you to a t least say good morning to me when I walk in.

I've been a customer here for a few years and never had an issue until today. I called up there this morning in search of a Glock 43x. They had 1 left in stock, and I told the lady verbatim 'Ok I'm on my way up there to get it'. I guess that was not code enough for HOLD the gun. I show up 15 minutes (tops) later to that same gun held for another customer. Staff just shrugged their shoulders and the same lady stated 'He didn't ask me to hold it'. The staff did not even offer to put me on a list for callback when they came back in stock. Seems like they really wanted to sell me another gun.

Amazing staff and a wide variety of firearms. From the front desk to the gun smith, they're all friendly, knowledgeable and very eager to help their clientele. I can always count on Jay or anyone else working to make my friends, family and other guests welcome to the range.
