Less than half of the lanes are working, the Air filtering system doesnt work, and the Ac inside the range is out.

I called to get info on a FFL transfer from PA. The person that answered the phone was so dry and seemed like they didn't want to provide answers to my questions. I just hung up the phone and took my business elsewhere. Smh.

The staff there is super rude, especially the manager. I witnessed her berate a customer in front of a crowd of people. He was there to pick up a special order. He was called from the store and told that it was ready. He called to make an appointment to pick it up. They never answered the phone. And I know that to be true because they have never answered the phone for me. She said she couldn't fit him in on the schedule for that day and he should have made an appointment. He said that the person who called didn't explain that policy nor did they ask him to make an appointment. The manager said that the person who called was a new hire and didn't know the process. The customer asked some legitimate questions such as why can't he just pick up his order that is already at the store. And why is he being penalized when her employee dropped the ball. She basically told him that he had to schedule an appointment five days out. She couldn't fit him in for the day. She wasn't willing to make any adjustments to the schedule for that day. He HAD to work with her schedule and she wasn't working with his. And if he had a problem with that then she would send his special order back or to another store. She was very loud, aggressive, condescending and mean-spirited. She basically put on a show for the crowd outside that were waiting to get in. Most of the crowd went along with her shenanigans. I, on the other hand, thought that she was DEAD WRONG. She was super unprofessional and does not need to be a manager. She really doesn't need to work with the public at all. Even though she wasn't talking to me, I left and took my business elsewhere.

We took a rifle class as a family with Taz. Great experience both in class and on the range. Hes a thorough instructor and very knowledgeable. We would recommend to everyone interested in a rifle class.
