Arrowhead Pawn, Gun & Jewelry

Had a gun transferred to this store from out of town. For whatever reason they did not pay attention to the labeling (which very clearly had everything on it) and had the gun sent back to where it was purchased (as if we already hadnt been waiting for the gun to arrive) because they THOUGHT it was not supposed to be there. Simply reading the shipping label & their transfer list this all couldve been avoided. Very non chalant people I spoke with in helping with the situation, especially most of the people that answer the phone. They did not want to admit their fault in all of this. The lady manager I spoke to only told me what someone else had told her she didnt really know the situation. We have done business with them on several occasions before so this was a disappointment. They fail to realize they just cost me additional money because the already paid for gun has to be sent back where it was purchased & I have to pay for it to get to Atlanta again. Will not be doing business with these poor attitude & non chalant people.

I came in to purchase a firearm and was assisted by Jay. He was Great the entire staff a friendly and worked exceptionally well during this pandemic

Went today around 11am. Wait time is quite long but the wait is well worth it once you get inside. Christy was my guide, she informed me of everything, asked about what I wanted and needed and was very nice.

Do not waste your time with this place! Will not tell you the price over the phone, waited in line for 4hrs to see a gun that was over priced!
