On Target Gun Club

Called and spoke to a kid who worked there asking if they had pistol reloading powder. He said yes but when I asked what type, brand or price he said he wasn't sure but assured me they had it. Drove an hour and they didn't have it. Spoke to him and I'm assuming the manager and the kid gave a half hearted apology, manager said nothing. Good customer service is taking 2 seconds to ensure you give correct information. These guys didn't seem to care about that.

Friendly, clean a safe. A very enjoyable experience.

It is nice to have this place in PTC and not have to drive to Newnan. The staff knows their stuff,. I so feel like i am being 'Up Sold' but again its a very nice place and great location.

Went in to check the place out since its close to home. Upon talking to the two staff present that day i got a very rude, snooty peachtree cith vibe. I tried to play off the attitude the associates behind the counter had to my qiestions thinking i could break the ice with them and get them to be friendly. But every question seemed to bother them as if it was a chore to answer simple questions from a shopper. Tried asking about holster and guns on display and asking what brands they enjoy but I left without buying anything or even renting a range because of the pompous attitude on display. I ended up driving to newnan to use their gunrange which was filled with friendly and helpful people who want the best experience for someone and ended up finding out this is a gun 'club' not a gun 'range'.To be fair things could have changed and it could of very well been an off day for these two men, but i myself work with customers everyday and i still dont act in such a manner.Give them a try and a fair review if you live close and if they treat you the same try the newnan gun range or the outdoor range in grantville.

Best range I have been to in the entire Atlanta area and I have been to a lot. Very well ventilated and a very helpful knowledgeable staff. First timers have to watch a safety video but its to your benefit. Only takes about 15 minutes. Highly recommended!!
