Absolute trash. Willie the owner will do anything to make money. All of the employees ignore customers unless they are friends. Willie is a racist and the older man who works in there using insanely offensive words in front of whoever is in the store to include children with their parents. None of the employees are knowledgeable of anything but basic gun work. Just cause you were “in the military” doesn’t mean you know anything about guns. Everything and I mean everything from basic fixes to large jobs takes months to complete (if they even do anything to your gun). Everything in the shop is done half assed. Willie will give you a price, but don’t consider that correct because he will find a reason to charge you more. I attempted to retrieve paperwork from the skinny young kid at the front counter for a firearm I purchased not even a month prior and he informed me he could not find any record of the sale. While I was standing in the shop, someone in the back was shooting a binary trigger inside the back room. This place is horrible. The gunsmithing, customer service, firearms and everything else is horrible. Stay clear of this place, unless you want your gun gone for months and most likely not even fixed. I would pick aim center mass in hinesville over this shop and they are terrible… trash.

I had previously left a poor review with one star. Since then I've been back and I will say that the current staff is very helpful.

Their customer service seemed to be of decent quality, but their gunsmith appears to be nothing more than a kitchen table gunsmith. I took a rather expensive rifle into their store for a simple pin and weld job. What I received back from them was nothing short of unimpressive. As you can see from the pictures below, their gunsmith decided to clamp an extruded aluminum receiver, leaving markings and indentations along both sides. The flash hider was mounted with an unnecessary crush washer which caused the flash hider to cant. The actual pin and weld looks like someone took a hammer and proceeded to beat the threads into submission. The worst part is that it took them a whole week to completely botch what should be a short and simple job. Had I actually shot this rifle without checking the alignment to bore, I would have destroyed a $1000+ suppressor.If you need gunsmithing work done, I would strongly recommend driving two minutes down the street to C&H Precision.
