If I do any strenuous workout and any part of my body hurt, I use the massage gun for about 1 minute on that area and it's like the pain magically disappears. You can do it on your own and it is very easy to use. I love my total massage gun.

I've checked out many of the massage guns out there on the market. Total Massage Gun was reasonably priced, has multiple tips and variable speeds. I love the ease of use to get to muscles that are tight and sore after running, especially my calf muscles. And I can now get my family to give me back rubs without complaint. My 9 year old son operates it on my shoulders and I get relief!

I just purchased the massage gun from Total Massage and the customer service so as the quality of the gun is incredible. I am working as a plumber and I get back pain all the time so the massage gun was a miracle find for me to relief my pain. I spent hundreds of dollars on chiropractor to only receive temporary results, no need for that anymore now I have gun at home and can use it anytime and save my money. Best decision ever. The Total Massage Gun has been the best investment Ive made this year. I suffer from chronic pain due to a autoimmune disorder and it has help in more ways than one. I would recommend this product. Easy to use and no hassle. Its wonderful after a great workout.
