Ordered an upper from them that literally nobody else had in stock. Within 18 hours they contacted me to make sure I understood my order (didn't come with a BCG). Upper ships in the morning. This may not sound special, except it was in the middle of the great COVID gun run of 2020 when most online stores are saying be patient, 2-14 days processing. It was just nice. Thanks quad city.
