Excellent service through a very long and complicated process! Rock Island has very friendly and knowledgeable staff that supports you through the entire process. Paperwork magically gets simplified, the pickup team is just amazing (a fountain of knowledge, and truly appreciated the history that they were packing up), followed by a meticulous in-processing team. When you see the catalogs, they are beautiful, a result of a lot of hard work by the media and photography teams. I missed this auction, but the followup has been just as consistent as everything else. The only things they can't speed up is the time it takes to do an excellent job or anything associated with the tax stamp process. Kudos to the whole team, Thank you !!
