Gun Smith does great work. Reasonably priced, good turn around time, workmanship is very solid. Willing to special order as needed. First experience was very good, they've earned a customer.

I bought my first firearm from American Arms recently. I was nervous because gun shops don't have exactly have a reputation with being friendly and customer service oriented, particularly towards Black customers. I walked into American Arms and was welcomed. I was helped within a few minutes of arriving by Scott. I knew what I was looking for, but he suggested a few more options that he thought could work for me also. They were some good options, but I went with the one I came in for. Scott helped get me some bullets and helped get me get a holster that fit the handgun I purchased. It was a smooth transaction all the way through. From what I noticed, the folks there enjoy their job and have fun doing what they do (Scott was wearing a kilt while there, and it it was kinda cool). I HIGHLY recommend American Arms for your firearm needs.Their high rating is truly earned.
