BAD QUALITY!My boyfriend brought me the grey/blue grip for my Chiappa Rhino from these people. I was so excited about putting them on my gun, until I received them. The quality of the grip is terrible!! The dye on the laminate is missing on certain parts (to which you can see original wood color). Plus, the dye smudged just from me handling the grip to put it on my gun. These cost $100, so they werent cheap. Next time Im ordering straight from the manufacturer of my guns. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I wrote them an email telling them of these issues with the grip (even attached pics). And was told if Im unhappy I can send them back (at my expense) BUT they will not offer me a replacement. Stated none of the issues I informed/showed them could be. Not once in the email did they say sorry to hear that or anything apologetic. Will never order from them again!!
