Wednesday June, 24, 2020 I went to another Dunhams location (not listed) in Columbus Indiana. I tried to buy a kayak and they told me my payment was declined. I went too the ATM to get cash at German American bank and the money was taken out of my account. The charges were pending so they wouldnt give me the kayak. On Friday, June 26th 2020 the charges were no longer pending, and they also charged me and extra 56$. I went to Dunhams with my bank statement to get my kayak and they refused to give me the product i paid for. They said they couldnt give us the kayak because they have no receipt and cooperate couldnt find the receipt. All i wanted was my $56 back from Dunhams and my kayak. I am highly disappointed and now missing a fishing trip. I am out of $500, and i dont even want my money back just the hard to find kayak. DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO DUNHAMS!!!

Bought a $386 kayak. They said the transaction didn't go through. Guess what, it did. That was 7 days ago, the money has been taken from my account!!!!! Been there 3 times to pick it up and the manager says he has to talk with the accounting dept and refuses to give me the kayak. If I don't get it tomorrow I guess I will have to dispute the charges at my bank. Horrible place to shop. Go to Rural King ppl.
