eGift card process is very sketchy. My wife got me one this past Father's day and I have yet to be able to use it. I was in there recently and was told I had to give it 24 hrs. Went back 2 days later and was told the same thing. Manager had no idea what to do. Apparently there is no real process to rectify egift card issues. I called the headquarters but of course they sent me to the answering machine. My advice. Stay away from their gift cards.Pt2. It finally worked. I'm changing my rating to 5 since the staff handled it professionally. Home office needs better systems

Nice stalls. Clear markings. Polite staff but, prices are a bit high and weekends are a madhouse. Today, I had 2 employees talking to me at the same time, which made things seem more chaotic. Then to top it off, I asked for a half hour and they charged me for an hour, corrected that mistake only to charge me for a full hour, again. She did offer me a card for free range time but, it took every fiber in my being to not walk out at that point. I MIGHT return to redeem my free range time.UPDATE:So this time I was bait and switched on ammo. I thought it was $16.99. PAID $44.99 contacted customer service. No replies. Done! Never going back.

Liam is great! Mama and I decided we'd like to start range shooting and use a gun for home security. We stopped by Shoot Point Blank and Liam was welcoming, knowledgeable and patient. Never tried to sell us but guided us to classes and to try out the pistols before purchase. We left with a feeling that this company has the customer's best interests in mind. Definitely going to classes there and ultimately purchasing 2 guns
