Consistently the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. The entire staff is rude and provides less than the bare minimum customer service I have ever had. I wish another business would come into town so they were not the main gun shop in Mishawaka and so I could spend my money where it is appreciated.

Drove an hour to shop here. Traffic delayed me. Got there 5 minutes prior to close and employees not only had locked the door early but spoke condescendingly as they said they were closed.

Called in and talked to a Cody. I asked about the handgun I was looking for and he said they had it in stock and what the price was. I told him to hold it,that I was on my way from Goshen. I get there and someone checks with Cody and brings him over. Tells me I can't buy it, that he put it on hold for someone 5 minutes before I got there. I ask why if I called and said hold it, I am on my way? He says nothing he can do, maybe order me another one. Last time I drive over for that store.

Went in to purchase a gun as a gift was denied service because i could not purchase a gun for someone else. Called my husband who the gift was for him to come to the store to purchase and we were again denied service. Hate to think everything is a race thing but it makes you wonder. Neither one of us has a record and have both purchased guns previously. we asked why we couldnt purchase when the gun was for my husband who came into the store he said he did not want to argue. We both were calm and simply asked a question. I guess since we were black when you ask a question it comes off as arguing.
