Ive bought two guns from here and have been extremely happy with the customer service. They were not pushy and offered great advice. My wife took the concealed carry class here and was very impressed with the amount of knowledge and experience. Very practical.

Needed to ship some guns dropped them off to Jeff he gave them a quick look over then said hell take care of it. A couple days later I received a email from Jayne apologizing be cause the number quoted was a few dollars off. Tonight I stopped to pay the bill and the cashier mistook something I said and thought I was short that few bucks so Terry comes over and reaches in his pocket to settle it with own money! Who offers customer service like that! I dont buy a lot of guns but youd be crazy not to stop and give them a look.

Went shooting last week and we understood they close at 8:00 but the gentleman with the broom kept hanging out over our shoulders constantly asking if we were done shooting at 7:40, not good customer service. If your hours say 8:00 then stay open until 8:00 if you want to clean up and be gone at 8:00 then say 7:45 on your hours posted. When my Dad went to pay, he is a little older and not very fast the other gentleman at the counter was becoming very inpatient with him while trying to pay with a debit card. Not a fan... At a time when we should be promoting this sport they did nothing to make me want to come back and spend more money there...
