Bought 2 shotguns here and very friendly helpful staff. I'm also new to crossbow.. fired mine and broke string. Its true that they do not judge you and seek to find you the best option in fixing whatever mishap you might have. Even on the phone seeking a good range to shoot at - very helpful. Soon looking to buy a rifle - it will be here, no doubt.
