Due to COVID, the renewal of drivers licenses has been suspend and by emergency order of the Governor, all licensees are extended by 90 days. I was told that Open Range would not sell me a firearm despite having a CCW ID and valid drivers license per the executive order. I tried to explain this to the person behind the counter, but they would not listen, nor get management to verify my claim. There is no excuse for violating one's second amendment rights, and I would think a firearms dealer would know that best of all. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and hopefully they can educate Open Range about civil rights violations.
