Purchased a firearm on 4/20 via the website. On 4/29 called my local store and spoke to an associate. He could not see where the order had shipped. The website said it was coming from a store 45 minutes away from my local store. Never received the item. Never got the call back from the store I was promised. Horrible customer service and communication. Sent a ticket in via the web. Again, no communication, not even an email. A refund showed up randomly this morning after 24 days. Don't waste your time!

Walked in wife my wife and kids to look at a 1200 dollar pistol. 2 other customers in the store and none of the 3 counter workers wanted to give me the time of day. That's ok I'll drive down buds gun shop and give them my money.
