Purchased a Winchester Model 70 built in 2009 supposedly unfired. I found the gun on Guns International. Barrel was full of powder residue and copper fouling, feed ramps had copper rouge from ammo being fed from the magazine, and the barrel channel of the stock looked like someone tried to free float it with a pocket knife. If you can't take the time to inspect the guns you bring in then you shouldn't misrepresent there condition. By the way, Winchester rifles aren't proof tested at the factory so these guns aren't fired before they are shipped to the dealer.
