Friendly staff but I think management prioritizes making a profit over customer satisfaction. I had purchased a firearm, attempted to return two days later. Didn't even load the weapon, let alone fire it and was told the best they can do is a 90% refund. The girl at the desk tried to help but apparently the manager on shift shut her down. So with the gun being 800$ they got to keep 80$ just cause plus the gun I returned. I got nothing from the experience except a sour taste in my mouth.

Thank you Kevin, John, Phil, & Jason for being so professional and attentive. They all took the time to answer each and every one of our questions. The rest of the staff at the store is also very friendly and has great customer service skills!

I got my package from buds within a week.This will be my first purchase from buds. Some people are having shipping issues based on the comments but everything was great for me. I will continue to purchase from Buds, unless they screw me. If they do I'll drive the 7 hours to Kentucky and Show them my crazy yankee.

Stopped by the legendary Bud's Gun Shop today as a new resident of Lexington and i must say they have left a great impression on me. Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful and Paul at the range was patient and helpful as he fielded my questions on membership benefits. Last but not least was Tristan who went above and beyond to help me get my long distance rifle' scope properly mounted and zeroed. He was super knowledgeable and even gave me good recommendations for long distance ranges in the region and a great sandwich stop too! Bud's you've made a fan of me and i will be back to sign up for range membership. Thanks!
