Hunter's Friend

I ordered some custom arrows from their website. They came in less than a week, exactly as ordered. The website was easy to navigate, and the prices are fair. I would definitely recommend these guys.

This is a company that sets the standard for customer service. I could not have asked for a better experience buying a bow from Hunters Friend and recommend anyone to use them for any archery supplies.

Purchased 3 Bows from this company. They advertised that they would set up bows and have them professionally setup to the specs chosen on the web site. Multiple parts have fallen off and we have had to make constant adjustments due to sloppy assembly.

I couldn't be happier with my Hunter's Friend experience! After doing a lot of research and weighing different options, I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted but still had some questions having not bought a new bow in some years. I called the shop and Joe was incredible! He answered every question I had and acted like I was the only customer he had that day. Joe even made it a point to inform me of a promotion I was unaware of and even called me back after I placed the order when he found out the three broadheads I ordered were out of stock and offered to replace them with six, 25gr muzzy heads at no extra charge! When all was said and done with the ordering process, I came in under the price listed on the website even after upgrading several of the options! From there Dan in the shop did an excellent job getting my bow together, set to specs and tuned. The info sheet sent with the bow is awesome and covers everything you could possibly need to know; draw weight and length, fps, overall arrow weight, grouping patterns, kinetic energy, etc etc etc. Lastly, I couldn't believe how fast they were able to get everything done. I ordered the bow Thursday afternoon. It was assembled, tuned, quality checked and shipped Friday morning. By Monday afternoon, I was pulling my new Diamond Deploy out of the box! I will forever recommend Hunter's Friend to any of my buddies looking to buy a new bow and not that I'll need a new bow for a while, but when it comes time for me to get my next rig you best believe that Hunter's Friend will be at the top of my list!
