Every game I tried to buy the girl behind the counter told me they did not have it. Then as I was leaving the her and the guy she was working with was trying to talk trash about me until I looked over at them and they shut up real fast. So in other words that store suck.

To start with i am not a big gamer,but my son was wanting an xbox1. I had purchased a used one at the wise store along with a couple of wired controlers . Needless to say neither controller worked nor did the console work properly. I had to go to Pikeville so this is where we went for them to work out the issues. Maggie was a great help with everything. With the warrantys that you can purchase and no hassle GameStop is the way to go. But without good employees like Maggie they would be nothing. Thanks Maggie!!!
