Knob Creek Gun Range

My experience was horrible. First time on this gun range, the gun shop was very busy. Business is good. My son spent over 2 k on 2 pistols.The gentleman in the store asked me if I had ever been to this range?I said no but was Ex-military. Signed a waiver and went to the range. I have been around weapons all my life, understand the importance of safety.Fathers Day. My sons wanted to shoot, we are the only family there. Line is cold and Im getting situated. I wasnt standing on the side of the table, I was behind it. Safety officer, comes over gives me a warning. Next time Im gone. I am very conscious of safety, Im with my kids. Next violation was having a carry conceal on the line. I turned to him and said Im done getting the Hell out of there, he replied good I dont care if you ever come back. I know it doesnt matter but want to let the owner and anyone that cares, it should be an environment that if a mistake is made, let the patron know why. Do you understand the rules. Any questions?Not an atmosphere, at least today that I would ever come even if it was free. Glad you made a quick 2 k on my son, nice pistols and they were very knowledgeable, selling the gun to him. No issues there. Range had one family, perfect opportunity if they felt safety was a concern, have some tact and take the opportunity to share your knowledge. Would have been different, My daughter said she doesnt ever want to shoot.Mr. safety guy, probably has no control in his life, youre providing a service. You are ranger boy, nothing more. Would never come back and will never recommend.

Inexpensive and safe. My two priorities for a range. Sometimes they people working there can be a little harsh on the range, but I prefer it that way because when someone does something stupid or.dangerous they call them on it immedaiately.

Visiting from Texas and this is a pretty nice gun range. Went shooting with the family, they are very strict on the range with their rules but it was overall a great experience!
