Great place. The store does excellent gun work and refinishing. Prices are very good especially for a small business. Don't expect military discounts though. The way this business operates, the owner wouldn't make any money by offering that. He makes up for it with service and hospitality and sometimes throws incentives in. He served in the military for a substantial period himself. The owner gives lots of helpful information and will talk your ear off if you let him, but you are sure to learn a thing or two, or 10. He's a very knowledgeable guy and you won't get that kind of one on one attention anywhere else. Though they don't have as a huge selection of guns in store, they are entirely able to help order items or even walk you through I custom build of a firearm such as an AR-15 and they will help you understand each part you get. Again, a wonderful place, and a wonderful staff!

Excellent Concealed Carry License training. My wife recently completed the course and really enjoyed it. I sat in on some of the instruction. The instructors were very competent and pleasant. The course presupposes that the trainee is a blank slate - no prior knowledge - and covers everything one needs to know to safely handle firearms and defend oneself with them.The course is NRA and Louisiana approved. They provide the trainee with all the forms necessary to apply for a CCW license and will, for an additional fee, complete the forms and submit them to the proper authorities.
