After my initial review of being completely disappointed with the business, we finally made contact with the owner and set up a time to meet at the store. Overall we had a good experience working with Vadim. He is knowledgeable and likes to talk about the weapons he sells. The biggest take aways are as follows.Cons:Hours of operation are not true, by appointment only. Very hit or miss with messaging on social media pages but this is a good method to get his contact information.Pros:Very kind and genuine business ownerKnowledgeable about the small details on weapons systemsNo rushFamily business and small businessBlue label Glock armorer.

Where do I begin? This company is currently selling items they have not paid for. Their vendor has sent more than $3200 worth of merchandise to the location, and has not received payment. The owner has refused to answer phone calls, text messages, emails, or respond to our mailed letters. We are now having to process this claim towards involuntary resolution. As a business owner, I would not do any business with this company, and as an individual, I would find a different gun store.
